See below the latest Part Two, Phase One 'Is it Five Years....' School Development Plan overarching priorities. These underpin the intensive work we are undertaking in this this new phase of our school's journey and build upon Phase One 'Immediate Actions for Lasting Improvement', Phase Two 'Embed, Develop & Measure Impact' and Phase Three 'Sustainable Growth'.

With two Covid interrupted academic years from September 2019-July 2021, school leaders developed and adapted a two phase three year plan which ran from 2019/2020 - 2021/2022) in order to continue moving school forward rapidly during this time. Phase Three then followed this period of time and work. 

In each case a whole school audit 'or evaluation of provision' has formed the starting point for what we need to do next and this process is best studied in tandem with the 'Mayfield Self Evaluation Document' which can be made available upon request to the headteacher.
